Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Zoo Seeker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. ### 2. Description of Service Zoo Seeker is a mobile puzzle game where players match animals to progress through levels. The app includes features such as leaderboards, statistics tracking, and optional Solana blockchain wallet integration for cloud sync and leaderboard participation. ### 3. User Responsibilities You agree to: * Use the app only for lawful purposes * Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the app * Not use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service * Maintain the security of your device and wallet ### 4. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of Zoo Seeker, including but not limited to graphics, code, and game mechanics, are owned by the app developers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. ### 5. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Zoo Seeker integrates with Solana blockchain networks and cryptocurrency wallets for authentication and cloud sync. Wallet connection is optional. You acknowledge that: * **This app does NOT transfer cryptocurrency or process blockchain transactions** * **Wallet login is ONLY for saving progress and stats** * **The app will NEVER ask you to sign blockchain transactions** * Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible * You are solely responsible for your wallet security * We are not responsible for any losses related to cryptocurrency * This app is not financial advice * Connecting your wallet enables cloud sync and leaderboard participation ### 6. Limitation of Liability Zoo Seeker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or financial losses. ### 7. Service Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or discontinuation. ### 8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. ### 9.
