# Privacy Policy

### 1. Information We Collect

Zoo Seeker collects minimal data necessary for app functionality:

* **Game Progress**: Level completion, scores, achievements, and statistics
* **Device Information**: Device type, operating system version (for compatibility)
* **Wallet Information**: When you connect your Solana wallet, we store your wallet address and associated game statistics for cloud synchronization and leaderboard participation
* **Usage Data**: App crashes and performance metrics (for app improvement)

**Important**: We do NOT collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers unless you explicitly provide them. Wallet connection is optional and only used for cloud sync and leaderboard participation. The app does NOT request or process any blockchain transactions - wallet login is solely for saving progress and stats.

### 2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

* Provide and improve game functionality
* Track your progress and achievements
* Enable leaderboard participation and cross-device synchronization
* Ensure app stability and performance

### 3. Data Storage

Game data is stored locally on your device using secure storage methods. When you connect your Solana wallet, your game statistics, achievements, and leaderboard scores are automatically synced to Firebase cloud storage to enable cross-device access and leaderboard participation. This synchronization only occurs when you explicitly connect your wallet.

### 4. Third-Party Services

Zoo Seeker integrates with third-party services:

* **Solana wallet providers**: When you connect your wallet, their privacy policies apply
* **Firebase (Google)**: Used for cloud storage of game data when wallet is connected. Firebase privacy policy applies
* All data synchronization is optional and only occurs when you connect your wallet

### 5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

* Access your stored game data
* Delete your game data at any time
* Disconnect your wallet to stop cloud synchronization
* Opt out of data collection (may limit app functionality)

### 6. Children's Privacy

Zoo Seeker is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

### 7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
